Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at chiquitapadelbrand@atomicmail.io. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Carrer Espígol 14, Rubí, Barcelona, Spain. Zip code 08014.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please be sure to check our size guide for each item before placing your order. Each and every Chiquita piece is lovingly made to order, exclusively for you! By printing and sewing only what is actually requested, we avoid overproduction and significantly reduce textile waste, helping us keep our planet a little greener.

Because of this sustainable, made-to-order process, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns or refunds for changes of mind, personal taste, or sizing mistakes. However, if your item arrives with any manufacturing defects or labeling errors, we will absolutely make it right!

We truly appreciate you joining us in making more conscious shopping choices.

That being said, we always want you to have a great experience with us. If you do run into an issue with your order, please reach out to us at chiquitapadelbrand@atomicmail.io to briefly share what happened. We will happily find a special way to make it up to you on your next purchase!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Chiquita Padel Brand reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
